Objectives

 The specific objectives of syasyah Samaj can be specified as follows:

1. To form an effective/dynamic organizational structure of syasyah caste by unifying all the scattered syasyah.

2. To make aware the syasyah community in different sectors.

3. To identify, conserve and promote the mother language, cultural heritage, tradition, and customs of the caste. In this regard initiation also will be taken to reform the existing social traditions and customs in necessary parts to cope with the current time.

4. To identify, and mobilize the available resources to uplift economic status of the caste.

5. To establish/confirm the social and legal identity of the caste in the society.

6. Cooperative and cordial relationship will be maintained with other newer caste groups as well as other caste groups of the country. Cordial relationship with all the people is the prime necessity to maintain unity among us and then necessary for national integration, betterment and economic development of the society and the nation.

7. These are some prime specific objectives of the syasyah samaj.
Different activities have been carried out by the samaj to fulfill the above targeted objectives.

8. Youth are the future strength. So priority has been given to unify and develop the strength of youth syasyah. Youth group was set up in the samaj. To make them aware, a week long awareness based workshop was undertaken by inviting experts from the concerned fields. Youth awareness and solidarity campaign cycle rally program has also been carried by the youth.

9. For the community benefit, blood donation program and earthquake awareness interaction activities also have been undertaken by the samaj in which we were covered via News channel.

10. Dance training program for the kids are going on.

11. Interaction with different intellectual group for the betterment of the caste and the country is taking place time and often. In this context a sub committee of the medical intellectual will be set up very soon. The sub committee will develop different programs in health sector.

These are some major activities, so far, carried out by the samaj. In all these activities youth group are actively involving.
